This morning after I cleaned the skimmer that is on the pump I went to turn it on, the pump had lost its prime. I worked for over an hour trying to get it going, no luck, in fact the water in the skimmer was almost to hot to touch so I turned everything off. I called and was told that someone would be here this afternoon. With in five minutes, I am so sorry, I can’t remember the young man’s name, the pump was working. I was shown what to do if this happened again. I felt like 100 pounds was lifted off my shoulder. This is one reason I am so happy with the company. – Rose Leatherberry
