Always run your pool equipment during freezing temperatures. Circulating water will keep ice from forming in your pool or equipment (most freezing temps occur between midnight and 7am). A freeze guard on your timer will automatically turn on your system. Contact us if you are interested in having one installed.
If a loss of power should occur, cover your equipment with a blanket or tarp to insulate from freezing and to protect it from the wind.
If you do have a freeze-up, shut off the equipment, cover it up, & call our office.

It’s recommended that you circulate your equipment for 8-12 hours per day during the summer months and 6-8 hours per day during the winter months (midnight – 7am) depending on the size of your pool.
