John came to service our filter, which was supposed to have been cleaned two months ago by another company, John discovered that it not only had not been cleaned but that a large piece was broken. John did clean the filter, but said that there still might be a problem which there was. John came again and said that we really should consider getting a new filter and gave us a price. After compairing the price on Amazon, we decided that we would go with Aqua Chlor. John returned in two days with the new filter and installed it, there was also a leak on the pump which had been replaced just a year ago. John didn’t have the correct material, but said that Clayton would be out the next day to repair the leak which he was. I am very please with the quality ofwork that both John and Clayton did, they also spent extra time answering my many questions. – R Leatherberry
